We not only got a confirmation email but a call from the company to talk about our needs. We then got a second call and email confirming our shipment and tracking numbers. Even after we received our new booth we got a third call just to follow up and make sure everything was ok. The price was excellent; the quality is amazing, and the customer service, wow.
