By Victoria from EdmontonCustomer ReviewIf I can give negative 50 stars to the hairdresser Carlos, I would. I spent 3 years growing my hair. Every 2 months I get my hair trimmed to get rid if split ends. I was passing by Golden Image Hair Design and thought to give it a try. I told Carlos I only want an inch taken off and for my layers to be trimmed by an inch also. Instead, Carlos chopped off my hair. He cut my hair very short. He cut my hair to the same length as my shortest layer. I wasn't sure what he was doing behind my back. Otherwise, I could have stop him from chopping my hair off. He claimed to know what his doing but obviously guys hairstyle is the only thing he could do. Then he claimed that he only cut 2 inches. And he said don't worry it will grow back. To make a mistake is one thing but to lie about it is another thing. Run away and go to someone that knows what he is doing.-
