Charged longer travel time then actually distanced. Could of simply pulled truck out forward but hooked up additional stuff to waste time. When questioned the cost as it was 200 more than the prior time we used Cliffs which was a more difficult stuck on the property. And explained dispatch and what she advised on. He became extremely rude and even confrontational! Will never use again.-
