By far the worst daycare I have EVER come across! The staff have Zero common sense, no moral fibre, and present themselves as uneducated, lazy and unmotivated. The director herself is self absorbed and has absolutely no idea how to run a daycare or keep reliable staff, because she treats everyone so poorly. The turnover is so incredibly high that weekly my son had to learn who was caring for him, which took its toll over time. He also, was abused, yes abused! Coming home regularly with scratches, bruises, black eyes and bite marks, somehow ALL justified yet "documented". I got so sick of dealing with their incompetence, that when I started to ask questions about the lack of supervision my child was receiving... All I got was, excuses from defiant useless staff, unable to be accountable for their own actions. This facility is deplorable, not to mention FILTHY! I'd also like to add, my specific experience was reported to licensing as well as AHS for their "cleanliness" issues. You also have to supply everything for your child... Which is a lot considering we paid almost $850 a month for other kids to eat my sons lunch. In the end, we also ended supplying the lower income kids with OUR diapers, wipes, creams... Then they would put my son in 2 sizes to small (daycare diapers) claiming I didn't supply enough! Leaving him with an excoriated rash due to an improper fitting diaper. The snacks this daycare provides doesn't even meet dietary standards. It's the same white bread, processed cheese sandwiches and cucumbers! Day in and day out! No variety. If I can prevent ONE family, or ONE child from the agony my little one had to endure, I hope this post finds you well. Unless you have extremely low standards, this daycare is PERFECT for you.-
