Our company processes hundreds of bears annually, and although problems may arise, our policy is to always remain honest with our customers. We are a small company and chances are that you may have dealt with me directly. There are many factors that may affect the quality of a product, but I can assure you that it's unlikely for us to charge you full price for a damaged product, even if we truly feel that it was not our wrong doing.
