GC Can Limited provides services as architectural designers. We specialize in design build style projects and are comfortable working with input from many sources to produce effective and affordable design. In the past 29 years GC Can Limited has been involved in the design of manufactured housing, affordable housing, religious facilities, office interior design and space layouts, minor & major renovations, self storage and commercial, retail, warehouse & industrial facilities for oilfield and business clients. We are typically involved in the design of about 40 projects per year. In addition to design, we also have the ability to produce marketing and presentation material for the various projects that we have designed. Marketing the project effectively requires an understanding of many aspects of development and with our background and common sense approach of "building and dressing the box" along with an intuitive sense of curb appeal, we have been very effective in producing product that has created momentum for local developers, ultimately diminishing their risk. We are available for consultations on a full range of services including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Engineering disciplines.
