I went in to ask for help and advice after being hit by a car while i was crossing the street in my hometown. He wouldnt tell me what to do, he wouldnt give any advice at all other than to tell me to take it up in civil small claims court where i have to do everything myself. He kept my paper work however saying we need to give the case more time so that it would be worth more to him. however a year later he dropped my case totally handing it off to one of his subbordinates. when i was told they werent taking the case i had to travel to edmonton to get my paper work back. they had 'misplaced most of it, including my personal accounts of what i went through after i was hit by a car. They were cold and didnt care at all about what i was going through. they also offered no apologies for losing my paperwork or keeping me on a hook for a year before dropping my case and reminding me i only had 5 months left to file a claim. If your suffering or have ptsd do not go to these people, they only seemed anoyed with me for bothering them and wasting their precious time. I was basically told by the first lawer i met with to 'walk it off'. I left the office almost in tears and when i got home i had a blackout. In all the lawfirm cost me over 600 dollars in travel fees for them to treat me like an idiot and lose my personal paperwork that contained the details of my suffering during the worst time of my accident. I would never go back to these people ever again.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
