Customer Review

Bought a new Jeep Cherokee. After 50 days vehicle broken down.95 days later vehicle is still breaking down regularly. Owner will not accept any responsibility. Blames FCA canada. Terrible customer service. Wants to charge me an additional $11.500 to trade in problem vehicle.Over $ 20.000 of repairs FCA canada & Big west dodge will not accept they have no idea what is wrong. Owner promotes buy local policy. Will not stand behind the product he sells??

Terrible service!! Forgot to torque my front tires. I'm lucky I didn't get it up to highway speeds before noticing. Joe (technician) did the work. Service manager called me a liar when he was clearly nervous about the whole situation. Blown away at the disrespect and negligence provided by this dealership
