    Really Poor Service
    I came to this location for laser hair removal after being transferred from the other Calgary location, and ever since has just been a hassel... My first appointment I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time because they were behind schedule. After my second session I was informed that their machine had to be sent away for repair, just as the other location had aswell.. Almost 6 months later I had yet to receive a phone call stating if the laser had come back in yet or to rebook my appointment. I have been bounced around and haven't gotten a real answer as to why I had been forgotten and I had spoken to management about my concerns as a client and was only told that they could only offer me what left in my laser package. Which is what I would had if I had been called when the machine had been fixed. The matter has not been dealt with in a professional way at all and after almost 3 weeks im still waiting for a solution to this problem. Would highly not recommend coming here.
