    Don't deal with Bentley's Marlborough store in Calgary!
    I was in this store on Sunday, July 25th and went in at 6:50 p.m. before they closed at 7 p.m.! I was looking for a purse and wallet and asked the employee about them and she said "Well the purse was sold long ago and I just sold the wallet 5 minutes ago"! (What - was she trying to make us feel worse that the two we wanted were gone?!) As they didn't have the 'turquoise' wallet, my daughter started looking at the 'pink' wallets, and then the employee said "well hurry up - I've been on here for a couple of hours and have to go pee so I have to leave", so I said to my daughter that I've never dealt with an employee this rude and that we should leave and we did"! We went to the tea place next door and I walked back and checked and the employee had been in the store for 15 minutes without leaving for the washroom, so then I was really mad! We drove all the way here from Sunridge where we found out after they all closed that there was a Bentleys at that store but it was closed so we went home empty handed and very disappointed! I would never deal with this store again and have called them for the manager to reply! Oh, of course, the manager wasn't even available and won't be until later next week!
