I received very poor customer service at Mobile Sounds. The man I dealt with (I believe the manager or owner) argued with me when I tried to discuss a charge I thought was incorrect; never once apologizing for the miscommunication that occurred on their end. He declined to refund any portion of the charge that was miscommunicated to me and beat around the bush when I tried to ask for a clear "yes" or "no" answer. Terrible service. I left feeling very angry and will certainly never return. No way to treat customers.
