By kush from CalgaryWorst Experience with EMCI would like to share my worst experience as a tanent of EMC. We rented a house from the company and paid a sum of $1000 deposit. During our stay we got a couple of emails with paragraphs of appreciation on the way we kept the house clean and neat and we really did. One could easily say that when we left the house, it was cleaner than the day we moved in. We left the house on March and after 15 days, we got a pay check worth of $600. 250 for stain on the carpet! and yes I am talking about a small stain during 3 years of living in the house and 150 for (estimated utility!!!). Surprisingly we paid the utility on a monthly basis and never missed a single payment. So we were really confused what does the estimated mean!!
Currently, we both have jobs and graduated from university. $400 does not affect our life tremendously, but imagine all the students that fill in the trap and loose their money for fictional reasons. A $400 of money loss is huge for them and could not be easily gained. Thumbs down for you EMC!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
