We bought our house new 8 years ago and had over $10,000 damage due to a faulty NAP window. All we got from them was a run-around. Stay away from NAP Windows. They are a crappy company with a crappy/leaky product. If you are expecting any sort of warranty, forget it. Their warranty is purely a marketing tool and has no value in the real world whatsoever. It is now owned by Aluminart and don't seem any better at dealing with warranty issues with the product.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
