    If I could give them a zero I would. I purchased a travel trailer 5 years ago. First time out found a seal leak. Notified them they claimed no warranty. Brought my trailer in for service they couldn't even balance the propane regulater. There sales team the perfect discription of a sleazy used car salesmen. They have no care and no

    I thought maybe I had caught them on a bad day so have them a second chance to earn my business back but unless you are buying new service is terrible. I won't be going back.

    Although they have large posters boasting great customer service awards from years past, it is in no way a reflection of how they represent themselves currently. Was not impressed. Fail to follow through on promises.
