By Mary from St. John'sThe BestQuality Brand Meats has the best salt beef. 45 years in business, they know what they are doing. Beef is in short supply and what they purchase are fatty plates. THEY are buying the Fat too. And they trim it. If you don't want the FAT & Bones, theres Boneless salt beef or short rib. Every distributor for salt meat is in the same boat...The meat is fatty. However, I will always buy Quality Brand Meats, they have the best tasting salt beef, friendly people to deal with. Cheers.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
By marge from Bonavista(2 of 3 customers found this review helpful)poor productvery upset with quality meats. used this product all our lives but the last two buckets of salt beef have been disgraceful....I wasn't going to purchase another bucket as it us over $70 and times are tough for pensioners but we decided to try once more. wrong move!!! there was nothing only huge bones with fat and a little bit of meat.. we actually returned this bucket of beef to the store where it was purchased but were told they could do nothing about it.. since then every person I have spoken to is telling me the same thing.. they won't be purchasing any more quality brand salt meat... only fat and bones..... we are very very disappointed with these producers and especially since it is a brand we used for so many years and to now see it so degraded and expect consumers to be satisfied ...... NOT ACCEPTABLENo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

Why am I paying so much for something that I am going to throw in the trash? I think it is terrible to charge such a high price for fat. I don't see where this is "quality meat"No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
