Do not, I repeat do not buy a sunbeam Dff258WSB from Danby. It is the worst appliance I have ever had to deal with in my life. Four times this month it has decided to defrost and everything in my fridge has gone bad. If you like spending thousands of dollars to replace your food then this is the fridge for you. I have read some other reviews about this fridge (after purchase) and release now how stupid it was to buy it. I called the company and the representative was anything but polite. I wasn't speaking in a rude manner because I felt confident about their warranty but she on the other hand treated me with complete disrespect. Getting cut off in ever sentence I tried to speak gets pretty frustrating.

I purchased a beverage center last Aug, beautiful product. Broke this July and it has been a nightmare to get replaced since they were not able to fix it (3 visits from the repair company). Everyone was soooooo nice, but totally useless. It is now the end of Oct...and no replacement. When I called today 10/30/12 I was told that I didnt send them the physical serial #, which I was NEVER told to do back on 10/2/12, on that date I was told the replacement was being shipped and to call them when I received it to dicuss warranty on the new item. Today I was hung up on by Maria Pineda, the Manager of Customer Service because I was upset that this was going on for so long...really?? Thats how they handle an upset customer?! Please google the company and products reviews before purchasing a Danby product.
