Customer service is not a priority once you've purchased
I have been a customer of Sherway Nissan since 2010 and in the beginning I returned for service and maintenance. Of note, they did not stamp my maintenance manual because they did not have a dealership stamp despite my returning for several service appointments. I should have taken this a sign as to the level of disorganization at this dealership... but I digress.
No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
