    Never experienced this before!!
    I have been shopping at Dipietro's for over 10 years never have I been treated with so much disrespect in my life. All I wanted was a rump roast but one that I could afford,but I got the brunt of a bad customer prior too,it was totally uncalled for to embarrass me and be sarcastic and loud enough in front of at least 15 people.I was totally flabbergasted It would be different if I was rude to him but,I am a happy person he totally ruined my day,I will never shop there again It might not matter to them but you have lost my business which I have a family of 4 and also my bragging rights! For them to allow this to happen is just terrible!

    Don't deal with the owner Bruno!
    Over the years I have been coming to DiPietro's and time and time again Bruno "forgets" to prepare my order. As I travel from outside the city I find it very inconvenient when I call ahead to place an order, am told on the phone that my order will be made, and when I arrive, nothing! All Bruno had to say was he is sorry. Well Bruno, there are plenty of other places that get it right and for you as an owner to offer nothing to your customers other than "I forgot" well, that's just not good enough. I feel very sorry for the staff who will have to deal with your inadequacies as a business owner in the future. Another customer not returning.
