By Lindsay from PeterboroughNot worth the time.I understand that Christmas is a busy time but when you ask a sales clerk for assistance you expect assistance. Went into Steps Shoes at Lansdowne Place today to grab 12 pairs of nice boots for the office staff at my friends company. I was given enough a budget of $200.00 per employee. So, I asked a question and was told she would be right with me. Four customers later I am still waiting, two of those customers entered the store after me. Another girl who I would assume was staff, was going into the back and coming out with boxes of shoes, but she seemed to be serving herself only as she would try the shoes on, then return them to the back. I waited from 12:40pm until 1pm, and still the clerk never got back to helping me. So I took my friends money and went to the moccasin store up the mall. They were more than happy to help me with my needs and they got the just under $2,800.00 I spent for boots. You can't take the time to serve me, I can't be bothered shopping at Steps for any footwear needs, now, or in the future.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
