By Linda from CombermereAmazing assistance!October 25, 2013, I visited Grady's at the Lansdowne Mall in Peterborough. I have many health and mobility issues the worst of which at the moment is COPD which is Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. In short, lung disease. When I arrived, I was so out of breath I was unable to talk well. The clerk instructed me to take my time and not to talk till I was comfortable. My face was white and she was concerned. She got a bottle of water for me and she waited very patiently for me to be able to talk. She also offered to call for help but I declined with thanks. She was such a lovely person. Her name is Lori. I must say that she is a true asset to the Grady's staff. I will definitely return when I am in the area. Thank you so much to Lori. I hope you appreciate her there.
