    Very rude staff. Very bad customer service. Very confrontational. If you ask a question, it can even be taken out of context, that's how sensitive and crazy these people are. They will start to act defensive and act confrontational themselves, then try to cut you off and say they don't want to argue with you. I couldn't even get a word in. I had a simple concern and was met with hostility. It happens too often there. It doesn't even matter if you have a calm demeanor or calm voice, they are very confrontational. I question their sanity and mental health. They behave bizzarely and this does affect a lot of things. I can't get the help that's needed because they can't act professionally and do their job. I don't feel they really want to help anyone. Booking an appointment here is extremely difficult. Walk in seems to be the only option. They are also extremely pushy. They walk up to you rudly and say, you may only ask one question. If you have pain or other concerns, you must book another appointment. So if you have a cold and you have a UTI, only one thing can be addressed. I've never heard of such nonsense. As of now I'm trying to find a civilized environment because this is a bit uncalled for, this drama. I can't believe this is a clinic.
