They have come for a problem in the past and we noticed they are very incompetent. The last time they had to change the gasket on our fridge they ended up replacing the whole door because their repair guy damaged the door. They have had to replace the gasket 4 times because they have not been able to replace it properly. The last time the guy came he burnt his arm. They take forever to come and repair so we've been without a working fridge for a month now! They finally came this week replaced the gasket again and replaced the evaporator. The fridge now makes a Morse code tapping sound when the compressor works and if you leave the door open for too long you smell smoke. The guy cut his finger doing the repair, using my sink to clean his cut leaving blood all in my sink over my couple of dishes that were left there. He left blood marks all over the door and didn't clean up after himself. We had to give him bandages for his cut. Shouldn't he have a kit with him or in his truck and tend to him wound before continuing the job? The gasket was installed incorrectly once again and we believe they are gouging our extended warranty company with parts and labour. I would never EVER hire them! If you're appliance is in bad shape and you call them it will be in worst shape once they're done with it.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
