By CAROL from SURREY, BCBadly treated by an Employee for asking a questionI do not have a problem with what this depot accepts or does not accept. Today I brought in some cans and bottles. A young male employee told me they do not accept the american beer cans. I was told a year ago that they do accept US beer cans, but not pop cans or other juice containers. I simply asked him when had the policy had changed. He stated it had always been the policy not to accept US beer cans. I tried to state that I had been bringing the beer cans here for over a year now since another employee there told me they accepted them, but not a problem. He loudly stated it has ALWAYS been the policy not to accept them and he should know because he is the owner and has been for the last six years. At this point everyone in the depot was looking at us, so I simply asked his name and he said he did not have to give me his name. Again, I do not have a problem with what this depot accepts or does not accept. But it would be nice to be treated with kindness and at least listen without talking loudly over me and causing an embarassing scene.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
