By Unknown from London(3 of 3 customers found this review helpful)Customer ReviewI give this company zero stars, I rented a 3 floor house from this company that had an illegal basement apartment, ( the basement was a set rental rate and all inclusive) the ALL INCLUSIVE was on my dime. Which I later found out by the hydro company as well as the gas company when my bills were unbelievably high. I brought the matter to the owners of horizon property management and was told it was an accident and they didn't know anything about it being all on one meter. ( bull!!!!) the agreed that they would pay 1/4 of the bill, and were sending me monthly "conformation numbers of payments" later to find they were fake, as my hydro and gas were shut off due to non payment of a portion of the bill. Leaving myself and my children in the dark, as well as the tenant in the basement who was supposed to be "all inclusive" when I had confronted them about this issue I was told that I was a piece of $@&! And that my children, my husband and myself would never amount to nothing! Really professional guys, I also received harassing emails from the receptionist, rather then calling to talk. I had brought the story to the media, and later backed out of going though with the media because, I'm better then that and I believe in karma! One day, people will realize how horrendous your company is and it will get shut down, they are a bunch of scam artist. So there is your warning, make sure you know what you are paying for. Keep all of your bills and any paper work you receive from this company as you may be, being royally jerked around by them.-
