    Called Hightech when my car no longer shifted gears. They Rebuilt the transmission for me and the car drives like a charm now. Next, my usual mechanic on hwy 7 refused to fix my steering (says the car is too old- its a '94) and couldn't (wouldn't?) identify any problem in the front end despite my complaints of a noise. Called high tech! Sal's guys found the issues right away and fixed it up, again the car feels like new. Really great shop. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Hightech!

    Excellent shop!!!
    I was driving to newmarket when I heard a real loud noise coming from the engine area. I immediately stopped to check what was happening and after opening the hood I noticed smoke coming out of the engine/transmission. I called a friend of mine and he recomended Hightech Transmission Svc. He gave me their phone number and I promtly called them.
    Sal answered the phone and after I explained the problem to him he sent a tow truck to pickup my car and me. Once at the shop he lifted the car and found that the transmission pan had been damaged by something that was laying on the road, possible a big stone or a piece of metal.
    Long story short he replaced the pan/gasket/filter and oil and he did not charge me for towing which was so kind of him.
    I highly recommend Hightech Transmission for the speedy repair and for the great discount they gave me, very honest and reliable guys :)
