By Bev from North YorkCustomer ReviewMy husband and I have used this dry cleaners for over 10 years and never had a problem. 3 months ago I went to pick up pants and a shirt, they weren't there and Lisa asked me to check at home. I did, I don't have them. She has been postponing and putting me off for 3 months now...had to check with the accountant, talk to the lawyer, says she'll call me but doesn't. She still doesn't believe I didn't pick up the clothes. Today I told her I had to report this to the BBB and she told me to go ahead. Should be noted that Lisa recently took over the business from the previous owners.-
