    After getting sized for my dream dress it finally arrives...To only know my dream dress turned into a nightmare it came in 5 sizes to small.. the owner wasn't sympathetic at all blamed me. ANNETTE was on willing to take responsibility for the monkeys that run her zoo.

    Worst costomer service ever! we had six girls looking for bridesmaids dresses. We all had to change in one change room sales lady never helps do up the dresses. She was too busy talking to the other employees at the counter. After about an hour of being there we were told if we have not found a dress we would need to leave. He narrowed it down to one dress and found out that it does not come in the color that we wanted. Even though the sales lady gave it to us to try on knowing the colors that we wanted. The owner was not sympathetic for wasting our time and the bad service and told us if we are not satisfied with the service we can leave. Worst bridal experience ever! would not recommend this place to anyone.
