By Paul from EspanolaDisgusting ServiceAfter spending more than $4000 at this shop for custom work, Lift kit, push bar, rims and tires. It has been nothing but a run around from these guys. I Had 2 or the tires go defective and wearing in a strange way. one in the front and one in the back. I brought this up over 4 months ago,.. I am still getting a run around yet the tires offer a warranty. The warranty is only good for a certain amount of wear and they are forever putting me off and now its gotten to the point that the warranty is no good. I have over $1200+ in garbage tires. The mechanic is no better,.. I had them install everything to ensure it would be done at their specs... Ya their specs jeopardized my life!!! After installing the lift kit, they never re positioned the A-arm to a new position, it was pulling up on the ball joint until it failed on me last month sending me off into the ditch north of Capreol. Thank god I had CAA to get me home over 200km away. I brought it to a certified mechanic and thats how it was discovered as the replacement balljoint was so hard to install do to the pressure of the A-arm pulling up. I have inner fenders that are hacked up from the mechanic with a saws-all and a rubber mallot. This wont be the only post I make to let people know about this place but I can say fairly that I have photos of proof and they will be shared widely. Pretty bad when you have to pursue legal action and the Better business bureau to just get warranty for tires. There are tons of reputable place in Sudbury and surrounding areas for great custom work. Research your places well before falling into a trap like me. On to the next site to paste this!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
