W. Alex Kyle provides a wide variety of legal services to his clients. He offers legal services in several areas, including real estate (family and commercial properties), mortgage remedies, commercial litigation (specializing in collections), business law, wills and estates. After being called to the bar in 1983, W. Alex Kyle joined a small Toronto firm as an associate lawyer in 1985. His practice included real estate and litigation work for financial institutions and large corporations. After relocating to Oakville, Ontario in 1988 he became a partner in the law firm of Marler & Kyle for 16 years before establishing the partnership of Kyle & van der Steen LLP.
