McCurrie Appraisal Services has been providing appraisals to the Niagara region since 1988. The company provides residential, commercial, and industrial real estate appraisals for a variety of purposes and to a variety of clients. Assignments are completed for mortgage financing for purchase, refinance, and new construction. We also provide appraisals for estate, matrimonial settlement, and power of sale purposes. Our client base includes financial institutions, lawyers, estate planners, accountants, mortgage brokers, and private individuals. McCurrie Appraisal Services' geographical area of coverage extends throughout most of the Niagara region including St. Catharines, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Welland, Fort, Erie, the communities comprising Niagara-on-the-Lake. All appraisal reports are prepared in conformity with the Code of Ethics and the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal practice as governed by the Appraisal Institute of Canada
