The distance between the two devices is the main reason why the orbi satellite not connecting. If the distance between the Orbi router and the Orbi satellite is too great, the connection will be disrupted. Reduce the distance between the Orbi Satellite and the Orbi router as much as possible. To connect the satellite to the network, be sure you're pushing the sync button, not the power button. If your Orbi router isn't detecting the satellite, double-check the cable and power connections. Make that the Orbi router is turned on and hooked into an electrical outlet.
