Orchard Equity Group is a privately held company that invests in small and medium-sized companies with revenue between $2 million and $15 million, with annual cash flows of $250,000 up to $3 million. We invest in businesses by acquiring full ownership or we’ll invest in a controlling or minority ownership in the businesses. We’re long term investors committed to working with the leadership team to create shareholder value. Our goal is to improve the enterprise value through an approach which involves key staff and developing a team that will support the long term value proposition for all stakeholders.
