Hello and welcome! With signature Gourmet Meals from French & Italian Cuisine, we are proud to be serving the Laval and Montreal-area with our prepared meal delivery service. As two young entrepreneurs, we launched our service in November 2016, offering five meals for an affordable $65 with free delivery and it quickly took off. We've understood that people have less and less time to cook with their busy lives, but that they still deeply want a good quality gourmet meal. We keep our menu simple and change it weekly. You can expect us to always use fresh vegetables from farmers' markets (never frozen!), topped with our true homemade sauces. We stand by our product and we're passionate about what we do. A lot of effort is put into our meal preparation and we love developing relationships with our amazing clients. We pride ourselves on our friendly service and gourmet food.
