By P from CanmoreVery BAD investment experience with Prestigious PropertiesHi There! to anyone considering an investment with Prestigious Properties. I can only state for myself that I have had a very bad experience with this company. The Cold Lake project ultimately went bust after various missteps in the permitting process causing serious losses for the investors. Other investments managed by Prestigious Properties did not fair any better as their return over 10 years was 10% total! or 1%/year. This is a far cry from the advertised 18% per year they and 5-7 year holding period they claim or have shown in previous investments. If you value your time and money I suggest that you do not invest with the people at Prestigious Properties. There are many reviews and law cases in the internet that echo this very sentiment.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
