They can ship samples via express shipping. Shipping charges will be charged. They require a valid business number registered in Canada federally or provincially. Wholesale orders are only valid for returns within 7 days from the date the order is received. Refund is issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the product. Products are subject to 35% restocking fee.
