By Phil from ChicoutimiDented my new truck!Took my new 2014 F-150 for a spring detailing, when I retook possession of it I noticed a massive dent in the passenger door. They denied any wrong doing and claimed it was there when I gave it to them. Classic response. No way to prove otherwise so I was left with it and the full bill. Looks as if they opened the door into a beam or poll. I feel really cheated and taken advantage of. No sympathy or apologies from management. Very rude demeanor. Don't go here!!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
