    I would never use Opta again. They sent me a letter saying "points were saved" when that is misleading. I still had 2 points off of an original 4 point ticket. As side from that Joe is rude and unprofessional when explaining the situation, I needed help understanding, after all this is his job. And to top it off, it's seems that they smoke in the office..the office smells of cigarettes, doesn't get more unprofessional then that. I must say one positive thing, the young lady at the front desk is very sweet and helpful. I would recommend to stay away.

    Do not use, save your money!
    Avoid OPTA Legal for speeding tickets they took what ever paralegal offered them. they didn't bother fighting ticket. Now I am found guilty, but no points which is what paralegal offered, big deal, if I fought my own ticket they would have offered the same. Since OPTA didn't fight for me, now I am guilty from my insurance side. Now I am afraid to see what my insurance rates will be after this. I even brought them the court date and disclosure papers, so I did all the hard work and still they charged me full amount. Another thing I went to court to watch my trial and could not even find OPTA representative who I paid to represent me. Only found him at the end a minute before my trial. If I were you save your money and fight you own speeding ticket because now I am out $200 plus payment for the ticket. Avoid these guys and try another legal service that may actually help you. Also didn't find them very professional and hospitable. S.C
