I went in there with my family and the man at the desk didn't even acknowledge me. After waiting for a friendly "hello" or a greeting for a minute, I have up and went to show myself the cars. Since the accord was not in the indoor showroom, I asked the man where I could find one. He told me "look outside". I had to ask him several times before he gave me keys and directions. I am done with their terrible service and would recommend any other dealer. I would try the Winnipeg dealer as they are only a few hours away.-
