After six months of waiting for our door to come in we asked for our money back. We were told no. We then found out from the manufacturer that Gehres isn't even a dealer from them. We have been through the BBB and ministry of consumer affairs and now small claims court...for which of course he has a lawyer. Shop elsewhere.-
