I Do feel the need at this time to mention my last visit was not up to par and am dddisappointed. I went to the bank and huntclub subway location (beside metro) at aprox 5:45 on December 16th,2013. I was greeted with a young man, mouth full of food and good not speak very well due to this. I was trying to order but he turned around so he could finish his food. When I did order 2 other young men came from the back and all 3 started speaking in a different launguage and laughing. None of them were paying attention to me at this point. I had ordered my sub on honey oat amd he dropped the other half, bent down on the ground and picked it up, squished it in his hands and did not change his gloves. I was waiting now to garnish my sub. I asked for everything apart from tomatoes and peppers. THe young man serving me proceeded to ask which sauce I would like. I told him south west and a little mustard. He didnt hear the mustard request due to talking to fellow colleges and put honey mustard instead. I had told him when i figured out it wasnt what i had asked that i wanted mustard. Instead of asking me if it was alright he just put the original mustard on top. I am at the cash now and was asked about a cmb. I asked what the soup was and he wasnt sure and turned around with one other young man sitting anelizing it, picking it up with the latel and pouring it back in the warmer, both laughing I became mildly discusted and said "no thank you its ok, just a fountain drink", which he didnt hear because of talking. Overall my visit, for the first time was very unpleasant and although I live 5 minutes away, if I see these men again I will walk out and spend my money somewhere else. Again, I dont normaly complain but feel asthough this visit all around was disrespectful to me. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I do hope for some acknowledgement in regards to my comment as I'm not happy with how this went.
