Here's why: On a positive note, this building is very well situated in sandy hill next to pretty much everything a student would need. I looks very nice from outside and has security 24/7. On the other hand. The personal (except the security guards) working for morguard in 160 Chapel is very rude. They will answers to you with their nose up. The elevators are never working or if they are working it's only one out of four.The apartments are ridiculously small for the high price paid, a one bedroom is 500 square foot for over 1k a month. The parking garage is not well lighted. The carpet inside the apartments are stained. The washroom and kitchen are outdated.The windows are not well insulated and it gets very cold in winter. There is often problems with the laundry machines. The pool area is not always very clean. Also they will make you pay extra fees for anything. If you make noise (child screaming/ music), dog peed by accident in the hallway once, etc. I have paid over 600$ extra in two years to the building.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
