The rental agent, Ivka, was exceptionally helpful to me right through the entire process, from viewing the site, moving in and sorting out minor issues once I settled in. The grounds are large, beautiful and peaceful. There is public transportation right outside the Gates' door. There are a wealth of facilities including an on site mini grocery store, well equipped gym, gorgeous pool, library, tennis court, ample parking for guests, 24 hours security and the list goes on and on. Residents tend to be friendly and mature; in addition, there are social events throughout each month and opportunities to meet new people. I love the fact that there are ample laundry facilities and in the four months I have lived here, I have never had any problems accessing washers and dryers. I understand that some suites have their own laundry facilities. I also am very pleased with how responsive the management is to any issue. My experience is that all concerns are corrected within 24 hours. Without a doubt, I feel I made a very good decision by moving to the Gates and would not hesitate recommending my 'home' to others.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend -
