They laughed at me and told them i never took them off in the summer. I got them to pull up my file and I showed them i actually paid to have them switched last May. Yes, this canadian tire charged me to switch my tires last may, never did the work, charged me, and then had the nerve to laugh at me for using winter tires all summer. Lawsuit pending. Avoid this store at all cost. Their fraudulent activity is unprecedented.

The last time we went to pick up a floor fan, they were out if stock, we needed a Dolley, they didn't carry the one we were looking for. We had to go to another store for the same product. Moreover, customer service at this store sucks! On several occasions, I needed help with larger equipment such as a lawn mower and u waited 25 mins before a store clerk could help. The manager walked past me and when I requested his help, he said a store clerk would help me and walked away. On another occasion, the same manager of the store was extremely rude and unfriendly and just snapped back when he was asked a question. Seems like he really hates his job and is incompetent.
