By A from LondonSloppy Work - Never again!Took my antique bulova and wittnauers in as a test before I had my Omegas, Rolex, and Accutrons serviced by these folks. (You just never know with some jewellers)... Brought my watches in wrapped in bubble wrap still on velvet watch holders. The man took them off and threw all 3 watches into a paper bag together, I clenched as I heard them bang at the bottom of the bag. Had some links removed, and a battery put in. They had my watch for 5 days. Upon picking up, my wittanuer was not keeping time but he still charged me for service and a battery, and... The watches were still filthy! They didn't bother to spritz the band or crystal, and when I challeneged them they rudly mentioned it was an 85 dollar service. I reminded them, all i was asking for was some watch cleaner on the band and crystal lens....... What a dissapointment. I would never take a nice watch to this place. They are not passioante about watches.. I took them solid gold watches, and was prepared to have them service some at $3000 each.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
