By Unsatisfied from Kingston(3 of 3 customers found this review helpful)Worst Customer Service!Back in early July when I contacted this company, I was told that my eaves would be realigned in a couple of weeks, but not given a definite timeline. No one showed up. I called several times and left several messages, with no one returning my calls. Finally, I called again and was told that (after several excuses) that the job would be done the next week. Again, no one showed up. I called continually to see what the issue was. I called back and was told to look for another company, or that I could book for Oct. 2. I agreed to the October 2 date that the company had given me. October 2nd rolled around and again, no one showed up. No one called me back. I called and was told that Kevin would call me back that night. Kevin finally called and left a message that I would require a new assessment, or that I should find a new company. I called back, yet again to say that I was under the understanding that they were going to put up new eaves, but yes I would like to have the work done. To add insult to injury I was told that I could have a measly 5% discount. I am still waiting for a call back.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
