By Gurpal from BramptonCAUTION: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORECAUTION: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE I have a very bad experience with The Brick, I bought appliances over $6500 for our new house. The order was placed on Dec 26, 2016. Till date all the appliances haven't been delivered. My property (brand new) was left scratched and damaged on partial delivery made on Jan 06, 2016 (over a month now), the report was filed the same day and no action at all has been taken by a representative from The Brick till date. No follow up or status update calls at all. The store manager "Francis" is the worst person to speak with.. He had no etiquette to speak to a customer. There had been no actions taken by the store pertaining to damages made during delivery and he treats people with dis-respect and hangs up the call if followup on the status is made. He definitely deserves not to be a Store Manager, having him the store manager explains why I am getting this sort of customer service from the store. As per the store manager, the customer themselves should get the damages fixed not to wait for store to get it fixed. The stove delivered to my home does not function, the issue was reported and the stove is still not functioning, no word from warranty department at all (more than 3 weeks). CAUTION: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORENo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend -
