They tried really hard, which I appreciated, but in the end could not produce blades with even edges. They said the edges were even but did not use a proper edge checking tool. I have a pro edge checker and they were unacceptably off kilter. They tried to make me feel stupid by saying that they sharpen pro's skates. Without a way to check edge height after sharpening, they have no way of telling whether or not the skates are good. We got the skates fixed at another pro shop and when I came back to the owner to give him feedback (I didn't even ask for my money back), he said "well I don't like your feedback!" Bye Felicia -- take your skates somewhere else.-
