The phsio assistant works on all patients at the same time..meaning she gives each person instructions to do an exercise and then leaves you alone.They book a bunch of patients all at the same time and have one person servicing all of them. What they are doing is unethical and ripping off our health care system.Any other physiotherapy office will book you an appointment at a given time and work with the patient in that time one on one. Will be reporting this practice to the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons.-
