By Diane from GreenwoodDO NOT RECOMMEND! NOT MVI CERTIFIEDI would NOT use their services EVER again and I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. They had my motorcycle for over 2 months. It required some TLC work completed on it because I was unable to drive it for 3 yrs due to two pregnancies. Instead of removing the carb only once and doing a thorough cleaning and replace of all moving parts, they removed my carb multiple times and charged me very time. They needed to remove my gas tank and at some point created a swirl scratch on the top of the tank, but are blaming me for this and are adamant it was not the technician's fault. It isn't running smooth, it backfires and they are saying that is normal. After all said and done I was charged +$1500, I was told I needed to some how prove that they did the scratch on my gas tank and was told my bike runs just fine. I also had to go some where else to get my MVI done because they are not certified. NOT HAPPY!!!! :( If I could give no stars that would be my preference. Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible business. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
By alan from AylesfordReplaced good parts and left damaged parts on motorcycleI had an insurance claim for minor body damage to my motorcycle . I was in the process of moving at the time and got a quote in B.C. but didn't have time to get the work done.So I took the parts list into Sampson's and they ordered the parts and did the work.I picked up the motorcycle and didn't look it over too closely because it was filthy from a previous ride and trusted Sampson's .When I cleaned it realized Sampson's had replaced some parts that were not damaged and left parts on the bike that were damaged.When I discussed this with them ,I was told told they were aware when they did the work but just assumed I wanted those specific parts replaced that were not damaged and to leave the ones that were because the parts list I gave them .My motorcycle is mint and so it stands to reason that "I would want to keep damaged parts on it "and replace parts that were in perfect condition.Long and the short of it G.W. Sampson does not stand behind their work and customer satisfaction falls far short of what they claim-
