Founded in 2013, Cortland Credit Group Inc. has developed a distinct debt capital investment platform which we believe takes advantage of the decades of leadership experience in building unique institutional management strategies and capitalizes on the extensive private lending expertise acquired in implementing them. We focus on private asset-backed lending in commercial sectors that are designed to provide higher risk adjusted returns than available in the traditional fixed income offerings while carrying portfolio duration that will generally be under 2 years to reduce sensitivity to interest rates. At Cortland Credit Group Inc. our investment strategies are based on years of direct experience in both public and private credit markets. Our products are available to both institutional and retail investors.
